Agency Marketing Manager (Remote)

As an Agency Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll work closely with clients, providing strategic guidance and meeting their marketing goals.

Job Description

Account Management:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of client business landscape to provide strategic leadership and guidance around integrated marketing and communications programs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and anticipating client needs, make recommendations for course correction if needed
  • Develop positive relationships with colleagues and clients; serve as liaison between the client and internal team of hyper-specialists
  • Make strategic marketing recommendations around new growth opportunities for existing clients based on client and industry knowledge
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members in creative, digital, media and public relations to develop client strategies based on the expertise of individuals; provide support and strategic insight to team members as needed
  • Lead client projects from strategy and scoping to completion, actively solving problems and putting together action plans from start to finish

Content Development:

  • Assist in writing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including emails, blogs, and social media, consistently leveraging content marketing strategies.
  • Ensure content written is consistent with the client’s business, industry, brand, and personas, acting as the client’s advocate to make sure they are seeing the best execution for their goals
  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, etc.)

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Execute marketing campaigns that result in an incremental increase in leads and conversions
  • Analyze the digital marketing data, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing from clients and problem-solve/create action plans from the data
  • Leverage your knowledge of marketing automation tools like HubSpot and Pardot to drive lead generation and nurture sales pipelines

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record of success
  • Agency experience strongly preferred/required. Previous work with fast-paced project management may be considered
  • Deep understanding (at least 5+ years) of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing
  • Proficient in Hubspot and/or Pardot with 5+ years of hands-on experience using marketing automation platforms to grow client success
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, analytic and project and time management skills, with an ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
  • A passion for delivering exceptional results and a commitment to continuous learning
  • Has experience using SharePoint, Office 365/MS Suite. We are remote so routinely use tools like Slack, Zoom and Sharepoint to collaborate
  • Have explored AI tools like ChatGPT
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media or relevant field

The ideal candidate will be a team player, self-motivated, enthusiastic and willing to learn. Must be able to work with a cross-functional team to deliver measurably better results for our clients. Travel is limited to under 5%.
